The Excelsior Village Academies Parent Teacher Organization exists to bring families, staff, and school leaders together in support of our scholars and school community.
Through family engagement, volunteer opportunities, fundraising, events, and school support, the EVA PTO helps create meaningful experiences that strengthen our village and enrich the student experience.
Whether you have a little time or a lot, your voice, ideas, and support are welcome.
Our Mission
The mission of the EVA PTO is to foster a strong partnership between families, teachers, staff, and school leadership while supporting initiatives that enhance student learning, school culture, and community connection.
There are many ways to support the EVA PTO. Families can volunteer at events, help with planning, support fundraising efforts, share ideas, or simply attend meetings and stay connected.
Every contribution matters. Your involvement helps us build a stronger, more joyful, and more connected EVA community.
We invite all EVA families, caregivers, teachers, and staff to be part of the PTO. Membership is a great way to stay informed, build relationships, and help shape the experiences that make EVA special.
Looking for a way to give back? The PTO needs volunteers throughout the year to support events, classroom celebrations, family activities, fundraising, and more.
Whether you can help once a year or once a month, we would love to have you.
PTO meetings are open to all EVA families and staff. Meetings are a space to share updates, discuss upcoming events, gather ideas, and collaborate on ways to support our scholars and school.
Your support helps fund activities, appreciation efforts, events, and resources that benefit EVA scholars, families, and staff.
Stay up to date with PTO news, events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to get involved.
