Excelsior Village Academies is dedicated to providing the best opportunities and resources for our students, staff and families that promote the Excelsior Village Academies’ Mission.

Overall, we believe that our students require and deserve an exceptional and innovative academic program that:

  • Facilitates a continuous K-8 educational experience that is aligned to rich academic content that gets at the core of what students need to know, understand, and do at each grade level
  • Meets the distinctive needs of diverse learners, and
  • Ensures high grade level content mastery. EVA empowers students to be novel and adaptive in their thinking, become skilled communicators who can empathize with others and work collaboratively, and having an awareness of others and their differing ways of life, thinking, experiences and the need for diversity.

In this we look forward to working with the many vendors, suppliers, consultants, and organizations that provide a great solution for our students, families, and staff.

Request for Proposals

To be considered for an Excelsior Village Academies RFP, each vendor must submit a complete response to the solicitation using any forms, documents or directions provided, along with any other documents submitted as a part of the proposal and considered responsive to any of our RFP’s.

Supporting Nutrition

The Summer Meals Site Finder is now live for the 2025 summer season. As you know, many children rely on summer meal sites for access to nutritious meals when school is out of session. The Site Finder is a user-friendly, map-based tool that helps families locate nearby summer meals sites. Households can enter an address or use map navigation to find meal sites in their area. The tool highlights both sites offering meals and snacks for on-site consumption and rural sites offering multi-day meal pickups for consumption at home. Because the Site Finder depends on geolocation, it is critical that all summer meal sites have a valid, mappable street address. It is also critical that the serving days and serving times listed on the SSO pages in SNO are accurate, as this information is uploaded into the Site Finder.
