STOCKBRIDGE — Henry County’s first charter school, the Excelsior Village Academies, opened for the first day of classes on Monday, Aug. 5. The charter school’s campus is located on Ga. Highway 155 and spans 37 acres in Stockbridge.
We are overjoyed to have celebrated the official opening of Excelsior Village Academies with a vibrant Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Saturday, August 3, 2024. CEO and Founder, Michelle Flowers, warmly greeted the eagerly awaiting Founding Families before inviting them to explore our new, community-designed school.

EVA is a proposed free public K-8th grade Classical Education community co-design charter school offering a rigorous academic program in a community centered learning environment.
